ORIGIN OF THE GRAPE
Production: Barrelling of the destemmed grape and pressing at approximately 12 days.
Alcoholic Fermentation: Spontaneous, with wild yeast, at a controlled temperature of 25 ºC.
Malolactic Fermentation: Spontaneous, 18 days.
Very vivid colors, bright cherry red. Zooming out, we find blue tones, giving us vivid and bright purple reflections.
At a still glass we already perceive an admirable complexity of fruit and aromatic cleanliness. When the glass is stirred, aromas of blueberry, raspberry, blackberry or currant appear.
Intense, powerful wine with a lot of volume. Flavors of black fruits and nuts such as almonds. Long and soft tannins.
